Quality on and outside the tracks. Meet the Dolomiti NordicSki quality criteria

Good trails are more than frozen tracks in the snow.

They are the visible result of commitment, experience and daily care. Within the Dolomiti NordicSki network, we have defined shared quality criteria that go far beyond technology and grooming.

The same principles apply across all regions: for trail maintenance, for communication with our guests – and for everything that happens beyond the tracks.

Reliable trails – in any weather

Our trails are groomed daily – for both classic and skating styles. Many routes follow existing cycling paths, reducing the ecological footprint. Reliable snow conditions from December ensure a long, stable winter – in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Quality accommodation – authentic, local, responsible

Our partner accommodations also share this commitment. Across all DNS areas, hosts meet specific quality standards – from proximity to the trails to breakfasts made with regional products. Those who stay here feel it immediately: quality begins with arrival.

Orientation that builds trust

Signage, maps, digital tools – in every region we ensure clarity and consistency. So you can find your way not only on the track, but also in the surrounding landscape.

Fair, transparent, accessible

One trail pass – many regions. Uniform prices, free tickets for children up to 14, group offers and digital, plastic-free solutions. Our access is open – for everyone who uses the trails with respect.

A winter sport that looks ahead

Cross-country skiing is quiet. It consumes little. And it gives back a lot. That’s why we see quality not as a state – but as a path.

A path we walk together: with innovative projects like Dolomiti Live – E-DNS, with exchange between regions, with courage to evolve – and with guests who choose to experience winter consciously.

Our track doesn’t end at the edge of the trail. It continues – into everyday life, into the future, and into a new way of relating to winter, nature and movement.
